Your mind, body & soul.
I have been drawn the healing arts since I was young. I believe that when we are in balance and in tune with our body and mind we radiate positive energy to those around us. My goal as a massage therapist is help make the world a better place by helping my clients feel better so that they can live optimally.
I graduated from East West College of the Healing Arts in Portland, OR and I have been practicing massage since 2000. I accept most major insurance plans as well as Motor Vehicle Accident Insurance (PIP). Many health insurance plans cover massage therapy. If you are unsure if you plan qualifies, please call the insurance company to find out more.

ABOUT YOUR SESSION
Please arrive 5-10 minutes early to your session. These few minutes provide time to use the restroom, hydrate, relax the mind and become aware of what your body needs on that day.
What should I expect on my first visit?
Before starting the session I will review your health history and any concerns that you may have to develop a treatment plan.
What should I wear?
After the initial intake, I will leave the room so that you may undress to your level of comfort. Once undressed, lay under the sheet on the massage table. (During the massage only the areas that are being treated will be uncovered.) Before re-entering, I will knock before to ensure that you are ready.
What type of lotion/oil do you use?
I use organic coconut oil. If you are allergic or prefer lotion, let me know and I always have a hypoallergenic lotion on hand.
How will the massage feel?
This usually depends on the technique being used. I will start with lighter pressure and long slow stokes. As your body relaxes I will gradually increase the pressure to your tolerance. Please let me know at any time if you are uncomfortable for any reason.
What do I during the session?
Make yourself comfortable. Most people close their eyes and completely relax and others prefer to talk. It is your massage, and whatever feels natural to you is the best way to relax. Do not hesitate to ask questions at any time.
